It sounds extremely schizo but i've been trying for months and have gotten close many times
it's the belief that with conscious effort, you can literally "shift" your consciousness to be anywhere you could possibly dream of
and that once you "shift" you ARE there. It's not astral projection or lucid dreaming, you are absolutely there and it will feel and IS just as real as this reality is.
