We can see clearly that capital controls every aspect of our society, and by extension capitalists.
9/10 US elections, presidential and congressional, are won by the candidate whose campaign raises the most money, which is usually from the oil, insurance, pharmaceutical, etc industries. Do you really want oil and insurance companies controlling your government?
Additionally, as Lenin predicted, we’re constantly fighting wars and taking down countries because we can make money off it. Venezuela and the Middle East are perfect examples, and the only motivation for this is capitalism. Do you really want to constantly be killing people for oil?
Capitalists control the media too. American media is an oligopoly. Just six corporations, worth $430 billion in total, (Comcast, who owns NBC, being the largest) own almost all American media. Do you really want Sony and Comcast controlling the news you watch?
They even control the prisons. One in five prisoners is in a US prison, and many of them work for cents an hour, plus a disproportionate amount of the prison population is black, due to racial bias. The prison system in America IS A REMNANT OF SLAVERY.
Capital is exploitation.
Capital is control.
